These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set out the conditions for using Rimako (“the Service”), operated by 合同会社Ailyne Style (Ailyne Style LLC).
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Article 1 — Scope
Article 2 — Service
The Service provides reminder, note, and schedule management features through LINE.
Users can set automatic reminders, save notes, view monthly schedules, and use other features made available by the Service.
Article 3 — Conditions of Use
Article 4 — Prohibited Conduct
Users must not engage in any of the following:
- Conduct that violates laws, regulations, or public order and morals
- Conduct that interferes with operation of the Service
- Unauthorized access or attempted unauthorized access
- Conduct that causes disadvantage, loss, or damage to another user or third party
- Unauthorized or improper use of the Service or its content
Article 5 — Suspension or Modification
The operator may suspend or modify all or part of the Service without prior notice when:
- System maintenance or inspection is required
- Natural disasters, outages, or other circumstances make continued service difficult
- The operator otherwise considers suspension or modification necessary
Article 6 — Disclaimer
The operator is not liable for loss or damage arising from use of the Service.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Article 7 — Intellectual Property
Article 8 — Changes to These Terms
The operator may revise these Terms when necessary.
Revised Terms take effect when posted on this page.
Article 9 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
Any dispute relating to the Service will be subject to the exclusive agreed jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the operator’s location.
