This Privacy Policy explains how Rimako (“the Service”), operated by 合同会社Ailyne Style (Ailyne Style LLC), collects, uses, and manages user information.

By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We May Collect

The Service may collect the following information:

  • Identifiers associated with a LINE account, such as a user ID
  • Information entered or sent through the Service, including messages, notes, reminders, and settings
  • Service usage information, including access times and operation history

The Service does not require users to provide information such as a legal name, address, or telephone number.

2. Purposes of Use

Collected information is used to:

  • Provide and operate the Service
  • Provide user-specific features, including records, notifications, and displays
  • Improve service quality, develop features, and create new functionality
  • Respond to inquiries and send important notices
  • Prevent misuse and maintain security

3. Information Management

We take appropriate security measures to prevent leakage, loss, alteration, or other misuse of collected information.

6. Access, Correction, and Deletion

Users can delete their data using either of the following methods:

  • Open Settings in Rimako and select “Delete all data.”
  • Block or remove Rimako as a LINE friend. All stored data is automatically deleted when this action is completed.

7. Retention and Disposal

Plans, notes, and related information are retained while a user continues to use the Service. When the Service ends or a deletion action is performed, retained data will be deleted or securely disposed of without undue delay.

8. Changes to This Policy

This Policy may be revised without prior notice in response to legal or service changes. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
